What you get

Social Media Mentor offers a free self-assessment checklist, a Creator Club planner and templates, and paid AI research reports. AI uses the details you submit and public web research. It does not connect to your social accounts or read private analytics. Advice may contain mistakes; check sources before acting. Growth, income, leads and future trends are not guaranteed.

Trial and subscription

The seven-day trial needs no card, ends automatically and covers Creator Club tools and one AI report for the whole trial, with up to three attempts. One trial per account; it cannot be restarted. Paid membership is £4.99 per month, billed in advance and renewed monthly until cancelled. Review the final total and any tax shown at Stripe checkout before paying. Four AI reports are included per calendar month, resetting on the first day in UTC; unused reports do not roll over. Failed reports do not use a report credit, with a maximum of eight attempts per month.

Cancel renewal

Sign in, open Creator Club and select Cancel renewal before your next renewal. Access continues until the end date shown. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund or delete your saved information. If cancellation fails, contact support. Stripe checkout and your receipt identify the payment seller and any applicable Managed Payments terms.

Cancellation rights and problems

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Where the statutory 14-day cooling-off right applies, contact support within that period to cancel your purchase and request the refund you are entitled to. We do not treat generating an AI report as an automatic waiver of those rights. For faulty service, duplicate charges or missing access, contact support with the purchase date and receipt reference. Never send card details.

You may use this cancellation wording: “I give notice that I cancel my Social Media Mentor subscription purchase. Account email: __. Purchase date: __. Name: __. Date: __.” Send it to the contact above.

Your content and use

Only submit content you own or have permission to share. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or private details about other people. You keep your rights in your submitted content and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver your report. Do not use this service for spam, impersonation, harassment or unlawful activity. It does not post content or contact prospects for you.

Availability and changes

Research requires internet access and a supported web browser. Provider outages may interrupt service. Contact support about paid features that remain unavailable. Material changes to price or membership terms will be explained before they apply; they do not remove existing consumer rights. Save or print these terms for your records.
